Every Thursday,Friday, and Saturday reservations are unnecessary. The bar cruises from Hinode pier to Odaiba Seaside Park every half-hour, returning to Hinode pier on the hour. There is a line up of entertainment to set the mood your experience. http://www.jicoofloatingbar.com
